How many flowers are in a box of wooden roses (buds) ?
There are 800 single wooden roses per box
made up of 100 bunches, each bunch containing 8 stems.

Can I mix my own colours in a box ?
Yes - you can choose your own colours up to a maximum of 10 colours per box for the wooden roses.  These do not have to be in equal quantities.  Please order in bunches when requesting a mixed box.
Please note that we do charge extra for a mixed box - £36.00 per box
Ask for mixed boxes of other colours - our sales staff will advise how many colours you can choose depending on which product you are wishing to buy.

If I order today, when will I receive my delivery?
Providing that we have confirmed your requirements are in stock, and your order has been received prior to 4.00 pm, we can guarantee the next working day delivery by 3.00 pm. If we receive your order after 4.00 pm then we will do our best to send it out on that day. Either way, this is always confirmed when you order - There is one exception to this, when we are experiencing a heavy order week, we may have to put your order on a 48 hour delivery, but this will be put on the home page and confirmed with you at the time of order.

What are the accepted methods of payment?
You can pay by paypal, directly into our HSBC bank account or by Debit/Credit card over the telephone.

How do I order?
You can order by telephone. By ordering on the telephone we can confirm if the stock is available discuss alternative colours, confirm the total amount due for the order and of course listen and advise as required.  Or send a fax with your contact details and your order, alternatively send an email to sales@iepwholesale.com. Your order will be put on our system and a telephone call will be made to you to confirm the order, price and expected despatch date. 

How do you calculate delivery prices?
The minimum delivery is £6.30 then the price is calculated on the weight of what you are going to order. Accurate pricing is confirmed at the time of order.

What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is one box of roses or one box of any accessory that we have in stock. There is no monetary limit.

What discounts are available on bulk purchases?
We do provide discounts for bulk purchases however this is done on a quotation basis and is reliant on a number of factors. Please e-mail chris@iepromotions.co.uk expressing your proposals and we will respond ASAP.
